Custom Homes
Single-family custom homes built on your lot. We coordinate plans, architectural and structural engineering input, permits, trades and inspections under one contract. Recent work includes a completed 3,887 sq ft, five-bedroom new-construction home in Houston's Oak Forest neighborhood.
New Construction
Ground-up residential construction, from single-family homes to small multifamily projects. We define the scope and a line-item budget up front, then manage the schedule through permitting, framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, inspections and finishes.
Home Additions
Room additions and expansions that tie into your existing structure, roofline and systems. We review structure, permits and utility capacity first, then build the addition and its connection to the existing home as one scope.

Who we are
Hispania Group LLC is a family-owned Texas general contractor. We plan, price and build residential projects — high-end remodeling, additions and expansions, custom homes and new construction, outdoor living and pools, and investor renovations — and because we also invest in and renovate property ourselves, we look at every job through cost, design, execution and long-term value. Based in Houston and working across Greater Houston, with selected projects in Dallas–Fort Worth, Weatherford and other Texas markets, subject to project review.
